4 eggs
1 cup (300 g / 10.5 oz) Nutella (or any chocolate hazelnut spread), plus extra for topping
Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F). Line a 20 cm (8-inch) square cake pan with parchment.
Beat the eggs in a bowl for 5 minutes until light and airy.
5 minutes
Beat in the Nutella spread until combined.
Pour the mixture into the lined cake pan.
Bake for 25 minutes.
25 minutes
Take the brownie out of the oven and leave it to cool.
Spread the brownie with extra Nutella spread.
Trim the brownie and cut into 16 squares.
